Medical Consent

Any dance class can involve risk or personal injury. I understand that while My Tiny Dancer takes all reasonable care in the conduct of its classes, it accepts no responsibility for injury or loss caused during classes or whilst students/participants are at or near the dance space. Parents/Guardians are responsible for ensuring that their child (the student) is physically and medically fit for the class.

Parental participation

Parents and guardians are required to be present for the duration of the classes. In many instances classes are more beneficial for your child, and run more smoothly with the involvement of parents or guardians. We just ask that parents and guardians keep chatter to a minimum so our Tiny Dancers can focus.

Timetable changes

All classes are subject to change. While My Tiny Dancer aims to operate classes as per the timetable published on this website, in some instances changes are required due to fluctuations in demand. No guarantee is made that classes will run per the timetable. Any changes required will be communicated to those affected prior to the date classes commence with as much notice as possible.

Registration fees

Every child attending classes has to be registered. A “one-off” registration fee per child of $39 will be charged and a registration pack is issued. Included in this registration pack is a My Tiny dancer uniform, a personalized achievement sticker chart and discount vouchers to various local products and services. These registration packs are issued at your first lesson.

Term fees

Classes cost $16.50 per lesson and are billed in School Terms. Fees are due in full prior to the commencement of the new term. If you start your lessons part-way through a term a pro-rata rate is available. No casual classes are available. If you wish to discuss a payment plan please ring the office on 0410 950 399 and we would be more than happy to discuss options with you, simply email the office on info@mytinydancer.com.au Please note that the tutor will not be able to converse regarding Term fees at the time of the lesson in order to adhere to the timetabled class times.

Missed lessons and make-up class policy

Refunds or credits cannot be made for classes that are missed post enrollment, however, students may take a ‘make-up’ lesson within a comparable class, within the same term. Missed lessons do not carry over into a new term. Make-up lessons can be booked by emailing the office on info@mytinydancer.com.au

My Tiny Dancer ‘Fun” guarantee

In line with our philosophy, our classes should be fun for your child. To ensure that you are committing to something that they are excited about attending each week, we offer a 3 class introduction period. If after 3 lessons your child is not enjoying themselves we are happy to refund the remainder of your term fees. Please contact the office on info@mytinydancer.com.au within 48 hours of the completion of your 3rd lesson to request a refund.

Your registration fee is non-refundable however you get to keep the contents of the registration pack.

My Tiny Dancer Facebook & Website

During lessons photographs & videos may be taken to be published on the My Tiny Dancer Facebook Business page & Website. By participating in the classes you are consenting to the images being used for this purpose. If you do not wish your child to appear on either of these mediums, please contact the office and we will remove your child’s image from any digital media.  My Tiny dancer will always adhere to the regulations governing the use imagery of children & young people online.
